Cindy Dale spent six years with the College's business office before making the move to the Seahawk athletic department in 2005.

The Rhode Island native is heavily involved with Vacations For Veterans, a nonprofit organization created to provide recently wounded veterans of the United States Armed Forces with a week of free lodgings donated by a vacation homeowner.

The former Cynthia Rand currently lives in Lexington Park with her husband, Butch, and are the parents of Chris, Laura, and Ryan.
