Earl Dean has been a fixture around the College campus for 34 years now, splitting his tenure between the Physical Plant and Athletics.

Dean started his career working maintenance at the Physical Plant in September of 1975.  He spent 18 years in the Physical Plant before crossing the street in January of 1994 to begin work as the Seahawk equipment room/events manager.

A St. Mary's County native, Dean and his wife, the former Sandy Owens, have been married for 39 years.  The couple has three grown children named Earl, Dennis, and Brandy as well as five grandchildren.
