Brianne Carroll
Title: Student Assistant Coach
Year: First Season

Brianne Carroll will be making her coaching debut this season as a student assistant coach after suffering a season-ending injury during the summer.

A native of Long Island, N.Y., Carroll was a defensive stalwart for the Seahawks in her first two seasons before making the move to midfield a year ago.  She became an offensive threat in the midfield, scoring her first two career goals.  Carroll tallied her first in a 2-2 draw with No. 9 Johns Hopkins, while picking up her second in a 2-0 win over Hood in the CAC semifinals.

A three-time CAC All-Academic Team member, she has been named to the Dean's List every semester.  Carroll is a member three honor societies: Beta Beta Beta (biology), Omicron Delta Kappa (leadership) and Chi Alpha Sigma (student-athlete).  Carroll has also been honored as both a St. Mary's Junior Scholar and Nitze Scholar.

She is heavily involved in the campus community, participating in St. Mary's Advising Students in Health (SMASH) and the Health Sciences Advisory Committee.

Carroll will be graduating this coming May with a degree in biology and plans to pursue a career as a veterinarian.
